Uncommon Republic of Texas one dollar change note, 6.75 x 3.25, No. 5861, dated July 1, 1841, with engraved images of a Native American man holding a bow to the left side and a Ceres seated in an agricultural scene. In very good to fine condition, with expected cancellation cuts. The capitol of the Republic of Texas was in Austin from January 19, 1840 to September 1842.
