Uncommon Republic of Texas two dollar change note, 6.75 x 3, No. 4437, dated March 1, 1841, with engraved images of a large deer on the left and a rider with horse and cattle to the top. In very good to fine condition, with expected cancellation cuts. The capitol of the Republic of Texas was in Austin from January 19, 1840 to September 1842.
