Known primarily for his work in film, Kerber has worked on over 800 motion pictures including Titanic, A Beautiful Mind, and the Harry Potter series. He earned an Oscar nomination in 1986 for his work on the score for The Color Purple, and was nominated for a Grammy for his arrangement of 'Over the Rainbow' for Barbra Streisand. Originally written by Harold Arlen and Yip Harburg, the classic song was made famous by Judy Garland in The Wizard of Oz.
