Limited edition official Rawlings Major League (Selig) baseball, numbered 51/74, signed on the upper panel in blue ballpoint, "Hank Aaron," and on the sweet spot and lower panel, "Al Downing, Aaron's 715th, 4/8/74." In very fine condition, with several affixed authentication holograms. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Steiner Sports. On August 8, 1974, in Atlanta's Fulton County Stadium, Hammerin' Hank sent an Al Downing fastball into the bullpen to break Babe Ruth's all-time home run record.
