In part (translated): "Unfortunately I will not be able to leave Jerusalem on the evening on which you gather in remembrance of your leader, my dear friend Rabbi Binyamin Mintz…Allow me to take part in your mourning and express to you in writing my deep admiration to the deceased's personality and deeds. His precious role in improving the prestige of your movement in Israel and throughout the world, and bringing your movement closer to other parts of the large movement of the builders of the country in work and spiritual creation should be well respected." In very good to fine condition, with scattered light creasing and two file holes to the right side.
