Unused backstage VIP cloth pass from Boston's 1997 World Tour, 3.75″ in diameter, signed in black felt tip by Boston drummer Curly Smith. The pass retains its original backing. Also includes an unused decal for Boston's 1997 Walk On Tour. In very fine condition. From the personal collection of Curly Smith and accompanied by a signed letter of authenticity for the backstage pass, in part: "This is the only one of these that I have seen that is unused. The back of the pass was never peeled off and pressed against anyone's shirt or pants." Formerly a member of the band Jo Jo Gunne and a well-respected session drummer, Smith became Boston's drummer in October 1994. In addition to his drumming duties, Smith played blues harp and provided backing vocals for Boston.
