Color satin-finish 3.5 x 5 candid photo of Governor Reagan answering questions at a 1974 Phoenix press conference, signed at the top in fountain pen. Typed collector's notations on the reverse indicate that the photo was taken in 1974 and signed in 1979. In fine condition.
