Brown as "Postmaster at Concord, in the County of Merrimack, State of New Hampshire." Signed at the conclusion by Taft, and countersigned by Postmaster General Frank H. Hitchcock. Lower left corner retains original gold seal. In fine condition, with scattered light creasing, and a rusty clip impression to the top edge.
