Uncommon 4.5 x 6.5 pamphlet photo of Reagan above a caption of a quote from his 1968 campaign for the Republican nomination, matted to an overall size of 7.25 x 9.25, signed on the mat in black ink, "Best Regards, Ronald Reagan." Reverse of mat bears an affixed caption indicating that the signature was obtained on April 11, 1974. In fine condition, with light soiling to the mat.
