Unique glossy 8.25 x 6.75 photo of Harry S. Truman and Filipino diplomat Carlos P. Romulo meeting with Soviet delegate Andrey Vyshinsky at the United Nations in 1949, signed in fountain pen, "Harry S. Truman," and signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth H. Browne, with the greetings of Carlos P. Romulo, Lake Success, Nov. 1, 1949." Reverse bears an AP Wirephoto stamp, and typed collector's notations indicating that Romulo signed in 1949 and Truman signed in 1966. In very good to fine condition, with homemade deckled edges, and surface impressions from typed notations on the reverse.
