Handsome large engraved portrait of Truman in near profile, 11 x 14, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, "To E. W. Hooper, Kind regards, Harry S. Truman, 1-7-66." In very good to fine condition, with a light block of toning from prior display, and some staining to the border which could easily be matted out again.
