Adrian Spears, who would later be appointed as chief judge of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. In part: "I am sorry I missed seeing you in Dallas last weekend…I did get to meet a young man named Nolan Welmaker whom you possibly know. Since once before he offered to help us and we did not follow up on it, I would surely appreciate your contacting him to get any ideas, recommendations, etc., that you can." In fine condition, with staple and file holes to the top.
