Ornate pay order to the treasurer of New York City, paying Jacob L. Smith the sum of $19.50 for funeral expenses. Signed at the conclusion by Fernando Wood as mayor, and also by a clerk and comptroller. Encapsulated in a plastic PSA/DNA authentication and grading holder, evaluating the autograph as "NM-MT 8." In fine condition.
