American Federation of Musicians contract in which John Lee Hooker agrees to a three-hour recording session at Chicago's Universal Recording Studio on the same date for a sum of $206.25. Signed at the conclusion in black ballpoint by Hooker. In fine condition, with short tears to the top edge.
