In full (translated): "The concept of the communality of mankind's intellectuality interests and the context uniformity of all true knowledge was never given up by the Germans. For this reason they unite the nations to share and cultivate all the intellectual property whose importance transcends single folks or times. They are the priestly folk which is called to carry the eternal goods of mankind in their pure hands." In fine condition, with a few light stains.
