Crabtree,” one page, 5 x 6.5, February 22, 1912. Letter to Scott Clifton Carbee, in full: "Regret exceedingly that I was unable to accept your kind invitation for Wednesday, February Twentieth; also to have the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Foss. Believe me, I appreciate the courtesy extended." Matted and framed to an overall size of 9.5 x 11.5 In fine condition, with light stains to the upper corners. A particularly uncommon example given that Crabtree routinely signed letters with only her first name.
