Vintage glossy 9.5 x 7.5 photo of Baer playing around and having a smoke with comedic couple Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, signed and inscribed in black ink, "Larry—This was taken when Desi & Luci were working at RKO in 1940—They own the joint now. I work for you? Your pal, Max Baer, 1957.” In very good to fine condition, with trimmed borders, some fading to the handwriting, and spotting to Baer's face. Consignor notes that the recipient "Larry," was Robert Cameron, a championship Canadian rodeo rider known by the nickname 'Calgary Red.'
