Tillotson, rejecting an offer to publish his work. In part: "At any time, I shall be glad to see you, but see no chance of an engagement following; my 'prejudice' being a tough one. Neither do I think that your mighty mass of readers will care for my slow & deliberate style." In fine condition, with trimming to the top edge.
