Contract between the Ashley Famous Agency and James Cotton, in which the latter agrees to perform a total of six shows at La Cave in Cleveland, Ohio, between October 18-20, 1968, for a sum of $2,000. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Cotton, and countersigned by Stanley Kain of the La Cave folk club. In fine condition, with minor paper loss to the upper left corner.
