Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 17.75 x 14, March 2, 1922. President Harding appoints DeWitt T. Welborn as “Postmaster at Williamston, in the County of Anderson, State of South Carolina.” Signed at the conclusion by Harding, and countersigned by Postmaster General William Hays. In very good condition, with uniform toning, with a couple of heavier and lighter spots to edges and upper portion.
