Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.5, December 1, 1830. President Jackson grants William S. Fleming a tract of land in "St. Stephens, Alabama, containing Eighty acres and eleven hundredths of an acre." Prominently signed at the conclusion by President Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In very good condition, with scattered light foxing, pinholes of paper loss, and the signature light but legible.
