Full free frank, measuring 9.75 x 7.75 unfolded with a center panel of 5.25 x 3.25, addressed by Harrison to "John Reily Esq'r, Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio," and franked above, "Free, Will'm H. Harrison." Docketed on the bottom panel in an unknown hand and dated March 20, 1817. In fine condition, with seal-related paper loss, and splitting to one of the intersecting folds.
