Swiss-born French Art Nouveau painter and printmaker (1859-1923). ALS in French, signed “Steinlen,” one page, 4.75 x 6.5, personal letterhead, postmarked February 9, 1915. Untranslated letter to the poet Saint Georges de Bouhelier. Letter is folded and addressed on the reverse in Steinlen's own hand. In fine condition, with some old mounting residue on the reverse.
