Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 21 x 16, May 21, 1913. President Wilson appoints Frank D. Wade as "Postmaster at Addison, in the County of Steuben, State of New York." Signed at the conclusion by Wilson, and countersigned by Postmaster General Albert S. Burleson. Bronze Post Office Department seal remains affixed to lower left. In very good condition, with edge tears and chipping, and a stain to the lower blank area.
