Partial partly-printed DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 9.5 x 1.5, July 25, 1825. The conclusion of an official document, in part: “In Testimony Whereof I have caused these Letters to be made Patent, and the Seal of the General Land Office to be hereunto affixed.” Crisply signed at the conclusion by President Adams. Neatly mounted and framed with an engraved plaque to an overall size of 14.25 x 6.75. In fine condition.
