Collection of contracts for the production of the animated film Journey Back to Oz, dated from 1962 to 1970, signed by various members of the cast and crew, including: Liza Minnelli (1962), Mel Blanc (1962), Bernard Evslin (1962), Fred Ladd (1963), Mary Ellen Bute (1964), and Mickey Rooney (1970). In overall very good to fine condition, with some scattered creasing (most notably to the detached first page of Minnelli document). Originally entitled Return to the Land of Oz, this film began production in 1962 but was not finally released until 1974 as Journey Back to Oz. Most notably, this would have been Liza Minelli's first major credited role-following in her mother's footsteps as the voice of Dorothy-as her part was recorded in 1963. However, due to production troubles, delays, and lack of financing, it was not completed for another decade.
