Adorable vintage sepia matte-finish 10.25 x 13 portrait of the child star resting a hand on her chin, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To Franklin Pangborn, Love, Shirley Temple, 1938.” Nicely double-matted and framed. In fine condition. Pangborn was an American comedic character actor who appeared in many films by Preston Sturges and W.C. Fields; he appeared in two Temple films—Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm and Just Around the Corner. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
