James Smith

Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1719–1806). Partly-printed DS, signed “Smith,” one page, 8.25 x 6.5, January 22, 1774. Cumberland County legal document concerning the case of Alexander Hamilton and James Rankin. Signed on the reverse by Smith. In very good condition, with archival tape reinforcement to separated folds. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
