Hotel registration card for the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, one page, 6 x 4, October 10, 1970, filled out by Davis with his name and address: “Miles Davis, 312 W 77 St, New York.” The Miles Davis Quintet played at Royce Hall at UCLA that night. In fine condition. Davis lived in the brownstone on West 77th Street (now also known as ‘Miles Davis Way’) from about 1960 through the mid 1980s, where he was often visited by fellow jazz legends like Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter, and Dizzy Gillespie.
