Agreement between Vee Jay Records and Boyd for a period of one year, in which time the latter "agrees to record and Company will accept commercially satisfactory 'master' records of the equivalent of 12 record sides, or more...at 45RPM or the equivalent thereof in playing time." Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Boyd, and countersigned by a Vee Jay Records representative. Attached is an artists advance sheet for Boyd. In fine condition, with spots of soiling .
