President of Mexico (1830—1915) from 1877 to 1880 and 1884 to 1911. Uncommon vintage circa 1906 matte-finish 5.5 x 7.5 half-length portrait of Diaz in profile by F. L. Clarke of Mexico, affixed to its original photography mount, signed on the mount in black ink by Diaz. In fine condition. An exceptional photo of the Mexican soldier and politician, and just the second Diaz signed photo we have seen in a twelve-year span. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
