Partly-printed DS, one page, 8.5 x 10.75, October 8, 1928. Agreement between Sam Wood and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer in connection with the unfinished photo-play ‘The Little Angel,’ in which Wood assents to recoup $7,000 of the original $17,000 sum paid to him, with the approval of two separate deductions of $3,500. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Wood, and in black ink by Irving Thalberg as the vice president of MGM. In very good to fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
