John Taylor Gilman

New Hampshire shipbuilder and statesman (1753–1828) who was a delegate to the Continental Congress and later served as governor. ADS, signed “J. T. Gilman, Treasr.,” one page, 7.75 x 5.25, February 15, 1785. New Hampshire Treasury Office document, in part: “Received of Samuel Hunt…by the Honble. Simson Olcott Esqr. Four Hundred & Forty Three pounds One Shilling & Seven pence (State Notes).” In fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
