Fourth Governor of Pennsylvania and a United States Senator (1768–1846). Partly-printed DS, signed “Wm. Findlay,” one page, 7.75 x 6.5, July 31, 1810. Treasury office of Pennsylvania payment receipt for Henry Yeider and his purchase of “forty eight acres and 53 perches of Land, situate in Shrewsbury township, York county” for a total sum of $74.81. Findlay signs at the conclusion as treasurer. In fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
