Supremely desirable Treasury check for the “President of the United States”

Extremely rare US Treasury presidential paycheck, 8.5 x 3.25, filled out in type as payable to “Calvin Coolidge President of the United States, The White House, Washington DC” for $6,250.00, March 31, 1927, crisply endorsed on the reverse, “Deposit, Calvin Coolidge.” In fine condition, with expected check wear and cancellation holes, and mild soiling. At this time the salary for the US president was $75,000 per year, paid monthly. A superb example of a presidential rarity. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
