Metal panel hand-painted reproduction of the ‘Ruptured Duck’ nose art, 40 x 18.75, signed on a raised panel on the left side in gold ink by two Doolittle Raider crew members, “R. E. Cole” and “Tom Griffin.” In fine condition, with scattered marks and scratches. The original ‘Ruptured Duck’ artwork was designed by Roger V. Lovelace and adorned one of the B-25B bombers that participated in the Doolittle Raid over Tokyo. A fantastic oversized display piece. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
