Six items: a glossy 8 x 10 NASA photo of the Apollo 9 command module taken in orbit from the lunar module, signed on the reverse in black felt tip by McDivitt below a NASA authentication stamp; a glossy 8 x 10 NASA photo of Charles Conrad’s shadow on the lunar surface, matted to an overall size of 11 x 14, signed on the mount in black felt tip by Bean, who signs again on the reverse of photo below a NASA authentication stamp; three official color 10 x 8 red-numbered NASA lithographs of various stowage equipment, each signed in black felt tip by Conrad; and a TLS, one page, 8.25 x 11, State of California, Governor’s Office letterhead, September 26, 1977. Letter from Schweickart to Deke Slayton, in part: “I want to tell you how much Governor Brown and I appreciated the excellent talk you gave at the California Space Day Symposium. Your presence helped make the day a success and opened a lot of minds to the possibilities inherent in space exploration and utilization.” In overall fine condition, with a horizontal fold passing through top of Schweickart’s signature.
