Jedediah Huntington

Revolutionary War general and, later, treasurer of Connecticut (1743–1818). Partly-printed DS, signed “J. Huntington,” one page, 6 x 5.75, June 3, 1782. State of Connecticut pay order, in part: “Pay Lieut Henry Waring Four Pounds eighteen Shillings.” Signed at the conclusion by two members of the committee and signed vertically over their signatures by Huntington. Intersecting folds, expected document wear, and scattered foxing, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
