Glossy 8.5 x 6.25 photo of Eisenhower cutting a ribbon to formally open the Amriki Mela at the World Agricultural Fair in New Dehli on December 11, 1959. Affixed to its original 10.5 x 9.5 mount, and signed on the mount in black ink. Reverse is affixed with a photo caption and a newsletter clipping of the event. In fine condition, with trivial toning to mount and a small water spot affecting the first letter of the signature. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
