Short letter to Joseph Kingsbury-Smith, who Bush addresses as “Joe.” In part: “Many thanks for sharing that advance copy of Bill Hearst’s Editor’s Report. It was good to hear from you.” In fine condition. Accompanied by the original White House transmittal envelope. Kingsbury-Smith was a national editor and chief foreign writer of Hearst Newspapers.
