Two items: an ink signature, “H. Fish,” on an off-white 3 x 1.25 slip clipped from an envelope; and an ink signature, “William H. Seward,” on an off-white 3.5 x 1 clipped slip. Both are affixed to 5 x 3 cards. Slight soiling, and some brushing to the Fish signature (a postmark touching the tip of the first letter), otherwise overall fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
