Uncommon 10 x 12.25 print of an illustration of Hoover by artist Samuel Johnson Woolf, matted to 15 x 18, signed at the bottom in fountain pen, “The Kind Regards of Herbert Hoover,” with his name signed on the mat. Also signed in pencil by the artist, “S. J. Woolf.” Uniform toning and light contrast to the sentiment in Hoover’s signature, otherwise fine condition. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
