Samuel Holten. In full: “Agreeably to the directions of the General Court I have the Honour to inform you of your being elected by joint Ballot of the two Branches of the General Court, agreeably to the Constitution, to serve as a Delegate from this Commonwealth in the United States in Congress assembled for one year to commence on the first Monday of November next.” In fine condition.
