German Romantic composer (1854–1921) best known for the opera Hansel und Gretel. AMQS on an off-white 10 x 4.25 musically lined sheet, signed at the conclusion in crisp black ink, “E. Humperdinck.” Humperdinck pens three bars from the first act of ‘Hansel und Gretel,’ crossing one out, identifying it at the top, “H & Gr. I.” In fine condition, with three vertical folds. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
