Certificate for two shares of capital stock in the American Express Company, issued to Frank Hiscock of Syracuse. Signed at the conclusion by Wells as president and Fargo as secretary. In very good condition, with dampstaining to the left side of the certificate, slight rippling to edges, and Fargo’s signature a few shades light but legible.
