Unusual pencil sketch of Linus on an off-white 4 x 6 sheet, unsigned, showing the classic Peanuts character concentrating as he writes a letter. The text of his letter is written above, reading: “Gentlemen, Please send me a year’s subscription to Butternut Bread.” In fine condition, with light overall wrinkling. Accompanied by copies of the original group of prototype sketches this was a part of, which were completed by Schulz for a Butternut Bread advertising campaign. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
