In part: “I cannot I think express myself more clearly respecting the manner in which I am willing to fulfill my engagement with you.” In very good condition, with intersecting folds with a partial separation to the right edge and a moderate block of toning. Accompanied by the original mailing cover addressed in Scott’s hand, as well as an unsigned engraved portrait. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
