Color satin-finish 10 x 8 photo of Card informing President Bush of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, signed and inscribed in gold ink, “On 9-11-2001: ‘A second plane [hit] the second Tower. America is under attack!’ Andy Card.” In fine condition, with a small crease to the upper left corner tip and a JSA label affixed to lower left. Accompanied by a photo taken at time of signing as well as a certificate of authenticity from James Spence. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
