Possibly one-of-a-kind Apollo 11 prime recovery ship commemorative cover, on a 5.5 x 3.25 card, bearing a stamped cachet honoring the naval recovery, with the Astronaut Rescue Treaty printed on the reverse, signed on the front in black ink by Armstrong. In fine condition, with a light block of toning under portion of Armstrong’s signature (most likely from a previous address label), and a small pencil notation along bottom edge.
