TLS, one page, 8.5 x 11, Universal Pictures Corporation letterhead, December 2, 1933. Letter to Arthur Wenzel who previously wrote earlier and sent news clippings regarding Sutter’s Gold. In part: “Your letter of November 25th, enclosing clippings from your sister in connection with the story of Sutter, duly received and contents noted. Wish to thank you for the same. I am, today, forwarding same to our story department.” Intersecting folds, a rusty paperclip mark to top edge, as well as a small pencil notation, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a November 4, 1933, letter to Wenzel from E. M. Asher, acknowledging receipt of his letter, with Wenzel typing a brief letter at the bottom forwarding it to a family member.
